Summary
I am a master’s student in the Yeo Lab at UC San Diego, studying how RNA editing shapes brain development. Since joining the lab in 2024, I have worked under Summer Fair’s mentorship to investigate A-to-I RNA editing mediated by the ADAR family. My work spans alternative splicing analysis, bulk and single-cell transcriptomics, and spatial imaging analysis. For my master’s research, I aim to investigate how ADAR-mediated editing changes in the developing human brain.
Outside the lab, I enjoy running and playing golf.
