Summary

My name is Valerie Gonzalez. I am a third year student at UCSD studying molecular and cell biology. I am excited to do research on myotonic dystrophy. Currently, I am planning to get a PhD in biology and do research as a long term career. After I have had some experience I am planning to be a professor and continue to do research. In my free time I like going to the gym with friends, getting food, and going salsa dancing.
