Summary

Sai Hosuru is a rising sophomore at UCSD who is majoring in Biology with a Specialization in Bioinformatics. He is intrigued by changes in gene expression that underline development in health and disease. In the Yeo Lab, Sai is mentored by Josh Schwartz and is comparing imaging-based phenotypes in 2D and 3D models of neurodevelopment linked to syndromic forms of autism. In his free time, Sai loves to go on walks, work on DIY projects, and try out fun activities that he never did.
