Summary
Noor's research focuses on technology development for spatial genomics. During his PhD work, he focused on spatial transcriptomics method development, optofluidic robotics, and computer vision analytical frameworks. Now as a postdoc, he builds on his prior work to leverage his tera-scale data generation capabilities to build genomics AI models.
