Jesiel Diaz
Research Associate
Sanford Stem Cell Institute
Summary
I have been in the Yeo lab since my first year of undergrad working with postdoc, Dr. Orel Mizrahi, on different projects, mainly focusing on sex-specific differences in translational control in Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and revealing direct link between RBP activity in motor neurons.
Currently I am a research associate working in the RNA Center and Sanford Stem Cell Institute. Outside of lab I love cooking, trying new places to eat, and of course sleep.
